Passport questions
Is it really free?
Yes, there's no cost and nothing to buy. The Recipe Realm doesn't sell ingredients, meal kits, classes or subscriptions. The website may show ads to help cover costs.
How do you use my information?
Solely to create and send your plan and to answer follow-up questions. We never sell or share your details, add them to a mailing list or use them for ads. Requests are deleted within 12 months, or sooner on request. Read our Privacy Overview.
Can you accommodate food allergies?
We'll choose recipes that avoid the allergens you list, but we can't promise any dish is allergen-free. Many global sauces and pastes contain fish, shellfish, soy, wheat, sesame or tree nuts — always check labels.
Is this nutrition advice?
No. The passport offers general dinner ideas from our published recipes. Please consult a doctor or registered dietitian for medical or nutritional needs. See our disclaimer.
